Have you ever heard of a “micro-gathering”?

Some of our clients have a small guest count planned for their event, along with a small budget.
We have other options that we can offer you for your event (in addition of our large main venue/barn)

1. Bamboo Bridge: Our bamboo forest bridge area is the perfect spot for a small gathering of
20 or so guests. We have hosted several small vow exchanges in this magical area. The
backdrop for your photos is spectacular and you will forever remember this magical

place for your special event!

Cost: $350.00 (includes benches and golf cart rental)

Available only Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs

2. The Sanctuary in the Bamboo Forest: Hidden inside the bamboo forest is an intimate and
otherworldly “sanctuary” for your event! This incredible space is ideal for a small gathering of
40 or so guests.

Cost: $350.00 (includes bamboo seating for 40 guests and golf cart rental)

3. The River Retreat at Lake Wylie: Our beautiful lakefront cabin is the perfect setting for both outdoor and indoor events, celebrations, receptions, and rehearsal dinners; it can
accommodate up to 30 guests. DIY seating and tables available for set up. For overnight
stays, it will accommodate 10 guests. Launch our paddle board and pedal boat rentals from the private dock, or rent a boat for you event arrival, departure, or simply to enjoy the lake!

The spectacular views will amaze you!

Cost: $500.00 (includes some seating, tables and golf cart rental)

4. The Camelot Meadows Upper Pasture: This open pasture area overlooks the horses, and is the ideal place to set up a wedding tent for both a ceremony and reception. It can
accommodate 100 guests or less. Our rental provider can supply you with the tent, chairs and
much more, at an affordable price.

Cost: $250.00 (this fee is for the pasture rental and parking only)
