Camelot Meadows Event Venue, LLC is one of the most versatile, beautiful, and affordable venues in the Charlotte, NC area. We can accommodate most budgets.

You can choose whomever you'd like for catering, bar service, etc. You can also apply for a permit which allows you to bring your own alcoholic beverages for your guests.

Wedding rehearsals will be scheduled according to our planned events at the time and may be held a few days prior to the wedding.

Plan a 2 day rental!

Thursday 3pm-9pm & Friday 10am-10pm 

$6900        This is perfect for couples who want to decorate the day before! You may also choose to hire your caterer and                      have dinner at the venue on Thursday.

Plan a 3 day rental!

Friday 3pm-9pm, Saturday 11am-11pm, & Sunday 9am-1pm 

$18000        Decorate, set up, rehearse, and hire your caterer for dinner at the venue on Friday. Get ready on Saturday,                       have the ceremony and reception. Then tear down and hire your caterer for Sunday brunch at the venue.

Photoshoots

$75/hour      We have multiple amazing locations on our property for photo shoots. Contact us to schedule your desired                              time and location.

What's Included

All venue rentals include exclusive access to our 7560 sq ft ADA compliant venue and the surrounding grounds, exclusive access to our magical bamboo forest, private lakeside dock access, & parking for up to 150 cars and busses/shuttles. Inside the 100% climate controlled indoor venue, we offer wheelchair accessible restrooms, a Caterer's prep kitchen with a 500 lb capacity ice machine, two large private suites, multiple bar location options, & multiple memorable photo op locations.

 

Other items included:

Twenty 6' round tables and 200 white padded folding chairs; Each table accommodates 10 chairs, for a total seating capacity of 200. Four barn wood cocktail tables and 12 chairs for the covered patio. Five whiskey barrels on the back patio with market light. Ten 20’ benches and 100 folding chairs set up for your ceremony (seating capacity of 200). Eight pallet benches will be set up around the venue. 

 

Additional DIY* items available at no extra charge: 

  • 5 - 6' long rectangle folding tables 

  • 1 - 5' long rectangle folding table 

  • 2 - 4' long folding tables 

  • 1 - 5.5' long rustic wood portable bar with 3 barstools 

  • 1 - vertical wood aged trunk with shelves to go with portable bar (for bottles/glasses) 

  • 1 - set of double metal aged wash tubs with stand (for decorative purposes) 

  • 2 - choice of arbors (can be decorated) 

  • 1 - 3' x 50' carpet runner (off white, indoor/outdoor use) 

  • 1 - 4' x 50' carpet runner (off white, indoor/outdoor use) 

  • 30 - wood slices for table decorations
